Five (5) O.C.C Points will be deducted if your Sportsmanship Ballot is not received by the season deadline.
The following items should be considered when completing your sportsmanship ballot at the end of the season:
1. Player Control
Including interaction with you as an official and behavior toward opponents.
2. Coaches Conduct
Including interaction with you as an official and behavior toward his and opponent players.
3. Cooperation with Officials
Including, but not limited to proper preparation of the field, table area, balls on the end line, supervision, etc.
4. Sideline Control
Including behavior on sideline with regard to observing coaches box and table area, proper player substitution, etc.
5. Game Control
General consideration of demeanor of coaches, players, table staff, supervision and spectators.
